When you set foot in Japan, you’ll find Ramen shops EVERYWHERE.

So how do you know which one is worth your calorie intake of the day?

Go classic, and try Ichiran’s Tonkotsu Ramen.

For the few who might not know, Tonkotsu is a pork based broth and in the right restaurants, so heavy it turns creamy.

The signature red hot sauce gives the dish an extra kick.

Ichiran might not have much choices menu-wise, but you know you get the best quality for their only specialty, making it super easy to order as well.

Local tip: Make sure to order your extra noodles to get as much as you can can out of that creamy broth.
