Exercise? I thought you said “EXTRA FRIES”!

What’s better than anything on a stick? DEEP-FRIED anything on a stick!

Yes, you will have the opportunity to see thousands of kushiage places in Japan. But why is this place unbelievably amazing? Because you don’t know what you gonna have until you stick it in your mouth.

Before you freak out, you do have the choice to select which ever stick you want à la carte, but what’s the fun about doing that? I like to go there, take a seat, tell them what food I am allergic to (aka food I detest) and enjoy the show.

The Omakase menu (Chef’s whim) is seasonal, which means it is always different and you don’t get bored every time you visit.

You get three different sauces, salt, a slice of lemon and Japanese mustard. Every time a stick is served, the chef points at which sauce to dip your goodie into.

There is also a record board where they hung a wooden plate with your name on it if you can break the record of the most sticks eaten. So far, a lady has won with 102 sticks on her account while I fall into a coma after my 20th stick.

Local tip : The secret menu is a dessert item, ask for the deep-fried ICE CREAM.
