Standing Sushi Bar

YOU HAD ME AT SUSHI!

What do the locals do when they get peckish and don’t feel like stuffing their faces with hot deliciously decadent Ramen? They drop by the local sushi bar for the freshest fast-food.

And believe you me when I say that this joint will save your life… especially if you’ve waited for hours for a seat at Midori Sushi which is like a block away.

The English menu has finally been introduced because of all the good hype it’s getting.

Start off with the hot green tea, remember it is “self-service”

Then go ahead and shout your order. Yes, in sushi places, patrons SHOUT their orders. Sushi chefs are too busy making goodies right in front of you to wait for you to decide, so don’t try waiting for your turn because it won’t matter. It’s first shout first served in this case.

Local tip: Ask for the specialty of the day. There is always a surprise there.
